At Safeway, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
